An active lifestyle can bring various aches and pains. Virtually all running complaints are some form of tendonitis, which you can usually treat yourself with a little ice and ibuprofen and by reducing the frequency and intensity of workouts. A running injury is typically also a case of tendonitis, but one that has become acute enough to need attention. What do you do then? Who do you call?
