— Fit Moms is an exercise company that does outside group workouts for moms pushing strollers. They will be bringing their new program to South Riding on March 29, 2005 and it includes fast walking with intervals of strength exercises of either with body weight (pushups, dips) or with our tubing bands. The program will be on Tuesdays and Fridays at 9:30 am, starting at the Highland Hills playground.
