JumpStart—Winter Session Schedule

The schedule of coached runs for the current JumpStart new runner program is included here. In addition to completing the workouts on your training plan, try to attend all the coached sessions. Part of the power of the program is that participants can help and support one another as well as learn from each other. The runs are at a conversational pace, so talking is encouraged. Afterward, stick around and reward yourself with a cup of coffee.
